If the injection molding temperature is too high, it may reduce the viscosity of the oil and increase leakage, which will significantly decrease the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the overall efficiency of the system. When the viscosity decreases, the oil film on working components such as valve columns becomes thinner or is cut off. At this time, friction resistance also increases, leading to greater wear.
What are the negative effects of high temperature on injection molding?
If the injection molding temperature is too high, the working quality of the injection components will deteriorate, and the air dissolved in the oil will be expelled, causing cavitation, which then reduces the working performance of the hydraulic system.
In hydraulic components, parts with different thermal expansion coefficients must shrink with the apprentice, which can cause the main machine to block, leading to operational failures and severely affecting the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, resulting in a decline in the working quality of the injection molded parts.
