For single-layer storage of automated line molds, nitrogen cylinders should be used, while double or triple layers should use rigid storage limiters. To facilitate the replacement of damaged parts within the mold, a safety platform should be set up. The safety platform is best square and should be more than one hundred and fifty millimeters in size.
Safety measures should be taken for the moving parts of the upper mold, while the lower mold should have protective plates and covers. The mold's components should also consider issues such as loose screws, prevention of cracking and falling off, resistance to impact, and oxidation.
To save time and facilitate the transportation of molds, connecting plates should be set up between the upper and lower molds. The molds should be arranged reasonably according to the characteristics of the press bed while ensuring the safety of the molds, making them easier to install and operate.
